1993

Turkey’s first 6-axis industrial robot was accomplished by Hakan Altınay and his friends. Turkey’s first industrial robot was developed within the framework of KOSGEB program. As an incorporated company, robotic automation projects started to be realized.

1994

Altınay Robot Technologies Inc. was established. Turkey’s first technology company with indigenous engineering capital started its activities.

1996

Many welding and handling projects were realized for the general industry.

2000

Production of turnkey automation projects have been launched.

2003

Installation of the lines in OEM automotive plants started.

2006

ISO 9001: 2000 certificate was awarded and the company moved to Tuzla Free Zone Technology Center.

2007

Altınay started Kırıkkale demilitarization systems project together with Roketsan. Defense and aerospace business unit was established with this project.

2008

Altınay was awarded the Grand Prize of the Year in the category of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME).

Incubation companies were established and started to shape the future.

2009

Studies on lithium-ion batteries under the energy division were started.

Altınay, as one of the outstanding companies in the world, became the accredited supplier of NATO /NSPA.

2012

ALTINAY Modification Center was established as the first incubation company.

Altınay was awarded the Grand Prize of the Year in the category of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) by President of Turkey.

2013

Altınay Aerospace and Advanced Technologies was established by developed projects in the field of Defense Industry.

2015

Gaining international power by the acquisition of KSM, which is one of the German automotive test and assembly systems manufacturing companies.

2016

Package design and manufacturing activities based on lithium-ion batteries were structured under ALTINAY Energy Technologies division.

2017

Actions on glass processing and transfer technologies projects grew in both Turkey and overseas by the acquisition of Olbricht, Germany’s well-established glass processing technology company.

2018

Altınay Electromobility and Energy Technologies established.

Altınay, which is the architect of dozens of successful projects with a quarter of a century of build-up, decided to continue to operate and manage all companies as Altınay Technology Group.

2021

RMA Group acquires a majority and controlling share of Altinay ModCenter.
