Altınay’s field service team is ready to serve our fleet customers in any claim for commercial vehicles.
Philip Morris Ultravan Fleet
Philip Morris Sabancı (PMSA) distributor locations are located in İstanbul Anadolu (Çamlıca), İstanbul Europe (Kağıthane), Ankara and İzmir. The 178 vehicles that distribute products in the field are equipped with a moveable rack system designed and produced by Altınay. Altınay field support teams follow these vehicles called as Ultravan in the field and provide maintenance services to all locations in accordance with customer demands.
Schoolbus Fleets
Ford Otosan (FO) fleet customers are organized especially in Istanbul area. Each customer runs hundreds of Ford Transit vehicles in his fleet and demands urgent service. Altınay field teams reach all vehicles within 24 hours at the latest and provide the necessary technical support at both the customer parking lot and the FO dealer.
Altınay After Sales Services team can be reached by phone and e-mail. All customer complaints and technical problems are recorded and the information collected is shared with the relevant departments of the FO periodically.
Spare Parts
Since 2017, Altınay Modification Center has started to provide Body Styling Kits (BSK) to Ford VP business units. Altınay still provides product support to these special vehicles used by European customers actively. Spare parts ordered by Ford Europe are prepared in accordance with Ford standards and shipped to Ford Merkenich (Germany, Cologne) central spare parts warehouse. Altınay production BSKs are delivered to all European customers from this warehouse.
