Power Sliding Door

The mechanical, electronic (software and hardware) design of the automatic sliding door system used in V363 Transit models was realized by our engineering team.
All tests (EMC, strength and life tests) were performed in accredited laboratories and the homologation process was completed.
The product is TSE approved and is currently used in vehicles.

System configuration:

1. Sliding door electric open/close unit
2. Rack and pinion drive with center rail
3. System Control: Vehicle Control Unit (VCU)
4. Release actuator: Door lock electric opening unit
5. Pneumatic or electric type obstacle detection for safety (Primary system)
6. Electric current regulated obstacle detection for safety (Secondary system)
